So, I started to get sick on Friday... Y'know, that tickle in the throat feeling? Sunday was the worst day with a 39 temp and just feeling plain awful. I still couldn't speak today, so I called in sick. I'm surprised my VP understood what I was saying with my raspy voice. My BoE supervisor called me to have me check a letter. He sounded surprised and then asked whether he could get me anything. I told him no. About an hour and a half later, I get a ring at the door. He hands me some bags and then scuttles away. Opening them, I find strawberries, oranges and... irish cream?!
