This time around I noticed that Cuaron liked mirror and window shots. Alot. You know? Where he would zoom into the room through the window or pull out from a room... or show reflections in the windows. I really liked how he changed from the image of the class to the physical class during the Boggart practice. Another thing I noticed was that the Patil twins are extremely tiny! And how was that scary bobbing clown head amusing, Parvati?! Speaking of clowns, I really felt the carnival environment. The animals running through the portraits, the animal sound candies, etc. LoL. I probably wouldn't've thought of it if I hadn't read Bradbury's book. Look at me, trying to be such a knowledgeable scholar. Oh, and for some reason I always thought Pansy Parkinson was blonde but after some internet searching, JK Rowling never actually specified; she only called her a "pug faced girl." Did I mention how much better this film's Whomping Willow tree looked compared to the second films?
This past Saturday, Skellington and company had their HamsterBash; AngelALH had her graduation party; and the Paybacks played at the Magic Stick.
